Plain English, same as the rest of this site. This covers the free kit, the letter, and everything sold here: the ebook, the Swipe File, the Demo Site Loop, and the Filled-In Vault.
heywillray.com is run by Will Ray, doing business as Tech Dad Media. "I" and "me" mean Will. "You" means whoever's reading this.
Every paid product here is a copy for your own use. You're not buying the copyright, you're buying a license to use it, personally or in your own business, for as long as you want. It's yours to keep.
The Second Brain Starter Kit was free until October 2026. If you got it then, it's yours to keep and use, same as anything you bought. It now ships inside The Whole Machine.
Don't repost, resell, or redistribute the files themselves, whole or in pieces, whether you charge for it or give it away. Don't share a paid product with someone who didn't buy it. If someone you know wants what you bought, send them to the product page, not the file.
This isn't complicated and it isn't aggressive. If I find a copy sitting somewhere it shouldn't be, I'll ask for it to come down. That's it.
Everything I sell or give away here, the book, the Swipe File, the Loop, the Vault, the free kit, is © 2026 Will Ray / Tech Dad Media. All rights reserved.
These are informational products. I've used everything in them to run my own business, but I can't promise a result, since that depends on the work you put in, not just the file. Buy accordingly.
If I change these terms, I'll update the date at the top.
