I read every application myself and reply by email, usually inside two days. If it's a fit, you get the start date and a payment link, and paying is what holds your seat. If it isn't a fit, I'll tell you what to do instead, and it won't be a pitch.
You pay nothing to apply and nothing until you're accepted. Once you're in, there are no refunds. Seats are limited, and a seat you take is a seat somebody else didn't get, so only put the application in if you mean it.
If the timing's wrong, or I can't fit you into this group, you go on the waitlist and get the next start date by email. Nobody gets left holding nothing.
